Lisa grew up in upstate New York. She attended Ithaca College and graduated in 1987 with a degree in advertising and public relations. She worked for many years in the book publishing industry on the marketing side for companies such as Bantam and Avon Books. In 1999, Lisa was ready for a challenge and took her career in a different direction. She attended Brooklyn Law School, graduated in 2002 went on to become a transactional real estate attorney in Manhattan, serving clients all over the 5 Boroughs, Westchester and Long Island. Lisa’s extensive experience includes representing purchasers and sellers of coops, condos residential homes, vacant land and commercial properties. She is familiar with all aspects of these transactions from contract review, to closing. In addition, she has represented banks, as the lenders attorney and has been the attorney for several Cooperative buildings in Queens and Manhattan. She has written Cooperative and Condominium Plans and has negotiated commercial leases for both landlord and tenants.

Lisa brings enormous knowledge and professionalism to her customers and truly knows how to get the deal done.

Lisa has been spending time on the East End for over 28 years and made it her permanent home in 2007. She currently lives in Sag Harbor with her husband and 3 young children.
