For the last three decades, Judi Desiderio has been in the Real Estate business on the Eastern End of Long Island. During that time she brokered nearly a thousand transactions covering commercial real estate, bulk acreage, investment properties, vacation homes, and primary dwellings.

Judi Desiderio has personally subdivided land, developed properties on speculation, built homes, as well as bought, sold and leased her own commercial real estate.

This comprehensive and diversified industry experience enables her to be an unequaled resource for her clientele. Judi Desiderio's network of buyers and sellers is unsurpassed, with nearly 100% of her business based on repeat or referral.

Furthermore, as a licensed real estate broker Ms. Desiderio became a partner at the former Cook Pony Farm Real Estate Agency. During her tenure, the company grew to ten offices and quadrupled the number of associates.

GENERAL BACKGROUND: Ms. Desiderio earned her undergraduate degree from Cortland State and her Masters degree in Education from Adelphi University, training that has been invaluable to her in advancing brokers, and grooming managers and administrators to reach their full potential.

PERSONAL: Judi and her husband John Tracy, a second generation New York City firefighter, enjoy every aspect of East End living. With their sons, Drew and Jack, they spend their leisure time boating and fishing (mostly John) skateboarding and surfing (mostly Drew and Jack) simply taking in what Judi Desiderio refers to as the "Norman Rockwell painting we call home."
