Originally from Ohio, Joy Ganss-Brady has spent every summer since the age of two in the Hamptons, where her family had a home. It was only natural that after earning her Masters degree in Horticulture, and working for a large company doing landscape design/installation for several years, she ventured into her own business and moved out East full time in 1999. Joy established a thriving landscape, design and installation company which she ultimately sold. All the while she cemented both her reputation and her relationships with a loyal client base. Her innate creativity, eye for aesthetics, and passion for homes set the natural stage for Joy's natural transition to residential real estate - a career she has come to love almost as much as she loves the Hamptons!

Joy is a certified Eco-Brokers and Resort/Secondary Property Specialist. She is an avid nature lover and animal enthusiast who is involved with Last Chance Animal Rescue,the Animal Rescue Foundation, and the Wildlife Rescue Center of the Hamptons. She and her husband, John, sit on several fundraising boards and are frequently involved in community activities.
