Judi Desiderio and Janet Hummel have been friends since 1982, when Judi moved in next door to Janet's parents, Finn & Clara.

In 1997, Judi invited Janet to join her Bridgehampton office of Cook Pony Farm, where Judi was a partner. Janet soon became one of the most highly respected, successful managers on the East End.

In 2008, Judi & Janet were joined by Nancy McGann, a 29 year real estate veteran who spent much of that time working directly with Alan Schneider personally. Nancy was a perfect fit for the newly expanded Southampton offices (one in Southampton Village and one in North Sea Harbor).
