Dane Clark has been a Hamptons resident for 20 years, having come out east from Manhattan for a visit and never left. Dane fell in love with this area and it shows in his depth of knowledge about all of the different hamlets that comprise what we call “The Hamptons”. Dane has the unique ability to speak with or meet an individual and assess the ideal spot for each customer. Along with his partner, Kim Stengel, Dane concentrates on being professional and thorough while still making the entire process enjoyable. Dane has 13 years of experience in the real estate industry, having been an agent at Allan M. Schneider at the beginning of his career, where he earned “top salesperson” for his office on more than one occasion. Dane continued on to The Corcoran Group when they purchased Schneider and Associates, but really missed the boutique feel that his old company had provided. When given the chance to work with Town and Country Real Estate, who prides themselves on hiring only select agents, he jumped at the opportunity. Dane, along with his partner, have come back home to the type of work environment in which they thrive- where the work is about the people and how to best service customer’s and client’s needs and exceeding their expectations.

Dane is well-loved by those he encounters and is philanthropic within his community, always donating his time or money to those in need. Dane has a special place in his heart for animals, and enjoys caring for his English bulldog, African Grey parrot, and Silke chickens.
